This company was contracted by the RETA organization to take over as their management firm in January of 2005. I was employed by the company as an expert on the RETA to assist in the transformation and re-organization of the Association. My functions were to: work with data to re-establish a working database of membership information; implement policies and procedures for chapter organization and management; process all certification documentation; provide support and guidance to the officers of the 41 chapters nationwide. Assisted in the editing of educational publication; re-writes and updates and distribution. Assisted with marketing development and convention management tasks.

RETA
Served on the board of the Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association, Monterey Bay Chapter 1993-2012.  National Board Member 1999-2000 as Chapter Support & Membership Committee Chair; developed Chapter formation and Guidelines documents. Assisted in the re-write and authoring of IR3–Industrial Refrigeration Installation, Operation and Maintenance.

RETA Level B Certified 1999
Recipient of The Venneman Award by RETA for her outstanding efforts in advancing the aims and ideals of the Association and for her contribution to the education and inspirational betterment of the Association in the art and science of Refrigerating Engineering through her career: 2001.
