Regulatory Training

Receive training in the use and implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Plan (RMP) and California Ammonia Release Protection (CalARP) programs. We will review the regulatory considerations and requirements of facilities using anhydrous ammonia or other hazardous chemicals as a refrigerant. OSHA, EPA and all the other regulatory bodies require that users of hazardous chemicals follow strict regulatory programs relating to safety and protection of the environment and all workers at a facility. We will go into detail on the requirements and offer practical explanations and examples on how to comply with all of those programs. If possible, please supply a copy of the attendee’s site regulatory program and a laptop to assist in retention.
